These Terms of Service govern access to the Elunvox™ website and the submission of orders through it. By using the website, you agree to these terms and the policies displayed within the store.
Website Use
The website may be used only for lawful personal and household shopping purposes.
Users must not attempt to gain unauthorized access, introduce harmful software, interfere with website operation, copy protected content, collect information through unauthorized automated tools, impersonate another person, or use the website for deceptive activity.
Product Presentation
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate descriptions, measurements, photographs, materials, and care information.
Garden lifestyle products may show minor variations in texture, glaze, grain, stitching, color tone, pattern placement, or finish. Display settings and lighting may also affect how a product appears online.
Decorative plants, soil, tools, furniture, flowers, and background objects shown in photographs are not included unless expressly listed as part of the product.
Customer Responsibility
Customers should review dimensions, intended use, care instructions, installation guidance, and environmental suitability before ordering or using a product.
Products should not be exposed to conditions beyond those described on the product page. Damage caused by improper installation, excessive weight, harsh chemicals, standing water, extreme weather, misuse, or unauthorized modification is not considered a manufacturing defect.

- Inventory is unavailable

- Unusual or unauthorized activity is suspected
- Delivery cannot reasonably be completed

When an order is affected, we will attempt to contact the customer using the details provided.
