What does Elunvox™ sell?
Elunvox™ offers garden lifestyle accessories for indoor plants, patios, balconies, potting areas, and comfortable outdoor spaces. Product availability may change as collections are updated.
Are plants included with planters or accessories?
Plants, soil, furniture, and decorative objects shown in lifestyle photographs are not included unless the product page specifically states otherwise.
How do I choose the correct product size?
Review the written dimensions on the product page and measure your plant pot, shelf, balcony, furniture, or intended space before ordering. Product photographs are for visual reference and may not show exact scale.
Can colors or finishes vary?
Minor differences may occur because of lighting, screen settings, production batches, natural fibers, wood grain, glazed surfaces, or handmade-style finishes. Slight variations that do not affect normal use are not generally considered defects.
Are the products suitable for outdoor use?
Only use an item outdoors when the product description identifies it as outdoor suitable. Continued exposure to rain, direct sunlight, frost, heat, or moisture may affect color, texture, and durability.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact service@elunvox.com as soon as possible. We will review the order status and try to assist. Changes cannot be guaranteed after preparation or carrier processing has started.
Why did my order arrive in more than one parcel?
Products may be shipped separately because of their dimensions, handling requirements, or fulfillment location. Separate tracking details may be provided.
What should I do if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs. We will review the information and provide an appropriate solution based on the circumstances.
How should garden textiles and accessories be maintained?
Follow the instructions on the product page or attached care label. Avoid harsh chemicals, excessive heat, prolonged moisture, and cleaning methods that may damage fabric, coatings, stitching, wood, or decorative finishes.
